My Special Place

There I was, staring at a beautiful, shimmery, sparkly, glamorous shower of water drizzling all over my body. As I gazed up I saw and felt drops of water dripping into my eyes. I quickly rubbed my eyes to get the water out.

I heard: the birds chirping and singing sweetly, from the top of their lungs.

I smelt: the beautiful roses among the many trees greeting me with a friendly wave.

I felt: the heavenly breeze waving my hair around, like someone was playing with it.

I saw: a stunning eye popping view of the water drizzling down on the top of my head, like in the shower.

My Special Place is somewhere that I love to go and calms me whenever I’m frustrated, furious, flustered or really angry. It is so peaceful all you can hear is the birds chirping and singing together in tune.The water drizzling down like a gentle splash in the pool filled with multi colored fish zooming from here to there. When you put your head under it feels like someone is giving you a nice gentle massage, but wet. The water was glistening in the sun. It was as clear as a crystal, and as beautiful as a butterfly.

What went well	What I could do better
What went well for me was that I used resources to help me e.g Thesaurus, Spell Write’s, Adjectives.         I think I put a good amount         of adjectives in and I used         lots of punctuation e.g full         stops, commas, question         marks.	What I could better next time is try and add a little bit more sentences and add more detail.         By adding more sentences I         ment to try and fit more         words into my sentence’s         and fit more sentence’s         into my paragraph’s.

By the way I have never actually been to this waterfall it was just made up. But to me it actually painted a clear picture in my head and felt and sounded like I was actually there.

My best memory is being awarded Kapa Haka Kaea and Academic Achiever. My Favourite time in Kapa Haka was when I was year 3, when I got awarded a Certificate.    I have been      Kapa Haka      Kaea for      3 years	Something/ Someone that makes me laugh is usually funny programmes on t.v or my older brother Braeden or my baby cousin Jaxson. Jaxson has 3 older step brothers and sister. - Angel (9) - Tama (11) - Te Mana (12)      Braeden        Is 13      And Jaxson        Is 3	My Hobby is going fishing and snorkeling. I usually go swimming in my Auntys pool and I go fishing down at the Clive River. Once I caught 2 eel’s, and 2 other little fish. We didn’t catch much because it was low tide.	I really love to go to Splash Planet or any other fun and exciting places to go with family and friends. E.G - Splash Planet, Bounce, Holidays, Sea World, Movie World, Wet & Wild. In 2015 I went to Australia with my Whanau and we went to Wet & Wild, Sea World, Movie World.

A Sad Moment

A sad moment in my life was knowing that my grandad had Cancer. He has been living with it 2 years going on 3. He is very sick. The cancer is in his lungs, he got it from smoking. He is in a rest home now, it is in Havelock North. By Riana =) :)
